FRIDAY

  • Arrival: 16h  - Rooms Accommodation 

  • At 17:30 h  - Group presentation and gentle yoga practice for a                           good night's rest.

SATURDAY

​

  • At 07:00 h - Yoga practice - Vinyasa to awaken the body and                               the energy. (1h:15´)

  • At  8:45 h  -  Meditation (15´)

  • At 9:00 h   -  Breakfast

  • 9:30 /10:30  Free Time

  • 10:30h        - Meeting in the yoga space to learn basic                                             knowledge of this discipline: Pranayama

  • 12:30h        - Lunch Time

  • 13/16 h        - Free time

  • 16:00h        - Karma yoga on the beach

  • 17:00h        - Yoga practice on the beach

  • 18:45h        - Meditation

  • 19:00h       - Dinner time

  • 20:30h      - Meeting for chat , share and expose doubts

  • 21:15h         - Sleep Time

SUNDAY

  • At 07:00 h - Yoga practice - Vinyasa to awaken the body and                               the energy. (1h:15´)

  • At  8:45 h  -  Meditation (15´)

  • At 9:00 h   -  Breakfast

  • 9:30 /10:30  Free Time

  • 10:30h        - Meeting in the yoga space to learn basic                                             knowledge of this discipline: Philosophy

  • 12:30h        - Lunch Time

  • 14:00h        - Final Meeting 

  • 15:00h         - Farewell
